Software Developer - CARFAX Canada (April 2023 - Present)

Collaborated as a developer on a cross-functional agile team to create a new product providing market insights to dealerships, generating a new revenue stream for the company. Successfully migrated legacy API projects from .NET Framework to .NET 8 and implemented new endpoints. Designed and implemented new user interface components in line with the internal design team's specifications. Actively participated in scrum ceremonies, driving continuous improvement and successful project deliveries.

Web Developer - IHS Markit (May 2022 - August 2022)

Developed web content as part of a cross-functional agile team to meet internal design specifications. Updated existing user interface components to make them responsive and mobile-compatible. Modified and ensured components conformed to AODA accessibility requirements. Created unit tests for newly developed components to ensure they functioned properly with future content and modifications.

Technical Support Helpdesk - McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP (August 2021 - April 2022)

Provided in-person and remote support to end users, resolving software and hardware issues. Communicated effectively with users to guide them through troubleshooting processes. Documented system processes and created a comprehensive job aid, enabling users to complete tasks without further assistance.
